| Assembly Instructions Description | ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Important Safety Note: Do not climb on the back of the sofa! Part 1: Preparation & Initial Components Gather all parts listed in the Parts List. Assemble the initial sub-components as shown in diagrams โ , โก, โข, and โฃ, connecting parts O, Q, N, P, L, and R where indicated. Connect M to P. Note: Allow 48 hours for materials to fully expand after unpacking. Connect the two S components together (S+S). Note: Allow 48 hours for materials to fully expand after unpacking. Attach component H using 4 V-type fasteners (V*4). Connect component O to H. Part 2: Base & Side Frame Assembly Assemble the side frames: Connect component C to D at multiple points (10 points per side, two sides total). Refer to Step 9 diagrams. Following diagrams โซ, โฌ, and โญ, connect parts U and G using the specified quantities of fasteners. Continue building the frame by connecting parts G, D, and E, following the fastener pattern shown. Attach component B to the frame using 2 V-type fasteners (V*2). Connect parts E, G, and D as shown in Step 19. Assemble parts C, B, and D with G. Then, loosen all bolts in this section by about half an inch using an Allen wrench. Part 3: Main Seat & Back Support Connect parts E, D, G, K, B, and F as shown in Step 21. Some connections are duplicated. Make the connections involving parts V, F, and D as shown in Steps 22-23. Assemble the structure involving parts F, G, and I as depicted in Steps 24-27. Follow diagrams โฉ and โจ for connections using specific fasteners. Connect parts F, A, and U. Attach component A using 2 V-type fasteners (โ 2, V2). Part 4: Final Assembly & Adjustment Connect component A to C using the specified fasteners. Then, loosen these bolts by about half an inch with an Allen wrench. Attach component J to A. Secure the assembly of C, A, and J with fasteners as shown. Connect components N, F, G, and I. Complete the assembly by connecting parts P, Q, R, C, D, E, S, and T according to the final diagram. Follow the correct configuration option (OR) for your model. |
